Return and exchange policy
✅ Accept returns and exchanges:

The application for the goods must be submitted within 7 days after signing for receipt (except for special goods such as custom-made and intimate clothing).

The original packaging and label should be kept intact, and the order number and problem photo should be provided.

❌ No returns or exchanges accepted:

Goods that have been used or damaged by human factors.

The return or exchange period has expired or the purchase voucher has been lost.

🔄 Exchange process:

Contact customer service to obtain the authorization for return or exchange (RMA number).

Return the goods to the designated address (shipping cost at your own expense).

We will handle the exchange within 1 to 3 working days after receiving it.

💵 Refund process:

The original payment method will be used for refund. The processing period is 5 to 10 working days (international orders may be extended).

3. Warranty Policy
Electronic products come with a one-year limited warranty (free repair for non-human-caused damage).

Purchase vouchers are required. The shipping cost for return within the warranty period will be borne by us.

4. Classify and handle after-sales issues
Problem type, solution, estimated processing time
If the product is damaged or wrongly sent, it will be reissued or a full refund will be given within 1-3 working days
If the size is not suitable, please exchange it (you need to bear the return shipping cost). It will take 3 to 5 working days
Logistics has not been updated. Assist in tracking or reshipping based on the feedback from the logistics company
